I acknowledge and understand that:
- Gift of Healing provides wellness education and lifestyle coaching services.
- Services may include lifestyle assessments, wellness coaching, nutrition education, yoga guidance, breathing exercises, meditation guidance, and healthy lifestyle support.
- Services are educational and wellness-focused.
- No diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease is provided.
- Participation is voluntary.
- I may discontinue services at any time.
- I remain responsible for my personal healthcare decisions.
- I have been encouraged to consult licensed healthcare professionals regarding medical concerns.
